The Apex process

A disciplined path from property documents to tax-ready schedules.

Our virtual-first process captures the detail an engineering analysis needs while keeping the experience efficient.

1. Consultation and scope

We discuss the property history, records, intended tax year, timing, and complexity, then confirm the study scope and fee.

2. Document collection

  • Closing statement
  • Depreciation schedule
  • Plans, appraisal, or cost records when available
  • Renovation records and photographs

3. Virtual inspection

A guided video walkthrough documents systems, finishes, specialty installations, and site improvements. In-person work may be available within travel range; qualified field professionals may assist elsewhere.

4. Engineering and tax analysis

Every final study receives engineering review, and the asset schedule is coordinated for tax implementation.

5. Delivery and support

You receive the final report and detailed asset schedule. Residential work is commonly estimated at 10–15 business days; commercial work at 15–30 business days; complex work may require 4–8 weeks. Timing is not guaranteed. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
